Capital & Investors

Capital Follows Validated Projects

PAAG's capital strategy distinguishes three different needs: development capital for validation and project preparation; platform capital for the institution and selected operating businesses; and transaction capital for aircraft, airline investments, infrastructure and project SPVs.

Capital Architecture

Three distinct capital needs. Three distinct strategies.

Development Capital

Funds feasibility, legal and regulatory work, technical studies, leadership mobilization, governance design, project preparation and transaction readiness.

Platform Capital

Supports the institutional core and businesses whose economics justify centralized ownership.

Transaction Capital

Raised for specific projects and assets using the most appropriate mix of equity, debt, leasing, project finance, guarantees, concessional instruments and structured capital.

Investor Pathways

Distinct risk pools. Investor choice.

Investor / PartnerPotential Participation
DFIs / sovereign / infrastructure institutionsCatalytic, project, infrastructure or selected platform capital subject to mandate and approvals
Aircraft lessors / banks / ECAsFleetCo and aircraft-specific financing
Infrastructure fundsMRO, airport, cargo/logistics and other project SPVs
Strategic airlinesAirline JVs, national-carrier JVs, network and service partnerships
Private capital / institutional investorsPlatform, growth, transaction or project equity subject to diligence
Climate / impact capitalQualifying fleet-efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, skills and impact projects

Investment discipline is non-negotiable.

PAAG should not publicly promise IRR, EBITDA, NPV, valuation, aircraft counts or multibillion-dollar capitalization before independent underwriting supports those figures. Investor materials can contain scenario-based models, but assumptions, targets and forecasts must be clearly identified as such.

Investor Inquiry

Request the PAAG Investor Brief

Qualified investors can request the appropriate brief and, subject to legal and process requirements, progress to confidential diligence. The first step is a confidential institutional discussion to understand strategic fit and identify the most relevant participation pathway.

"The objective is not to ask investors to finance a vision on trust; it is to build the evidence, controls and project structures that allow investment committees to make informed decisions."
