Vision Sponsor: Pan-African Aviation Group

Pan-African Aviation Consortium

Build the capabilities. Connect the continent. Compete globally.

PAAC is an open, commercially disciplined ecosystem of African airlines, states and aviation service partners. Our mission is to enable every African country to develop commercially sustainable aviation capabilities and, where justified, a profitable national carrier — within a world-class Pan-African aviation ecosystem.

Open Membership

Free to join. No compulsory subscriptions, dues or paid-in capital required.

Shared Capabilities

Twelve complementary aviation verticals serving African operators and global customers.

Gated Growth

Prove the first business before expanding assets. Evidence before investment.

Commercial Discipline

Contracted capacity, transparent tariffs and measurable service margins.

Our Mission

A stronger business through shared capabilities

PAAC offers a practical way to access services that individual operators may find costly to build alone: maintenance capacity, training, critical supplies, digital distribution, cargo coordination and financing preparation.

Members retain airline ownership, operating licences and commercial decisions. Founding members can shape service priorities, standards and fair capacity allocation before major investments are committed.

Membership is free. Paid obligations arise only through approved contracts.
